    GPS and Compass? In what is clearly designed to be a use inside product?

    Talk about just throwing in capabilities for the sake of it....

    They'll be part of whatever SoC Sony's using in there - their recent phones have used Qualcomm Snapdragons, and most Snapdragons include magnetometer and GPS as standard. In other words, it'd cost more for 'em not to have those features!

    Also, it's got an internal battery for up to an hour's runtime so you technically could take it out and about with you - though I'm not entirely certain why you'd want to...
