    I believe the last quote should have read "...the Government believes that technology-neutral auctions offer the most effective way of making money,"

    In Denmark we have the same deal.. A licence fee now covers everything that can reproduce audio or video off either airborne or cable media. The new Media Licence that the minister of Technology has gotten through ensures that no matter what, you get to pay or state media. Be that TV, cellphones with Internet access or a "computer" with internet access upwards of 256K/bps This includes Playstations and Xbox´es too. Instead of just giving out a user/pass to their damn site. Bloody feuds are gonna rise on account of this.
