Other Sony - faulty within 2 weeks - returns policy?

I have a powerful desktop, but need a laptop for business too.

I went for a 15" with a 1920x1080 screen so that I can have multiple windows open if working on several things at once.

 

Are all touch screens very reflective?

I find the touch screen on this Sony to be very reflective, and am wondering if I decide to stick with the same model but drop the touch screen, if it will be any less reflective?

 

I've decided to stick with a smaller screen like the old Asus, but with a higher res and get the Dell XPS 13

I was considering the Vaio Pro, but delivery isn't till the end of September!
