   I'm having a problem with my tv, when you turn it on from standby it goes into AV2 with the screen in 16:9 rather than 4:3. I can't seem to find a user manual for the tv or the remote (RM-862). Does anyone have any ideas.

   do you have a DVD drive etc plugged into the AV2 socket? if so, unplug it, turn it back on and see what happens.
