No one's mentioned Lego Star Wars: The Complete Saga?

It's quite good single player, but it's the two player drop in coop that really makes it. I almost always use my Wii socially, so games like Sonic and the Secret Rings, Rayman Raving Rabbids as well as Wii Sports are the most played here.

Haven't played the lego star wars saga on Wii, only on xbox, do the controls translate well?

The controls for Lego Star Wars on the Wii are pretty intuitive, although it doesn't really make full use of the Wiimote's motion sensing. You can swing the Wiimote to make the Jedi perform an attack with the lightsaber, but it's just easier to press the B trigger.

    I bought at Christmas:

    Mario and Sonic Olympics

Nice game with some cool mini-games. Missus loves it and a great one to play with mates. Longevity: not sure of but it does make we wanna beat some of the stupid targets it sets (who wants to come second!?!)

My mates bought this one for me:

    Resident Evil: The Umbrella Chronicles

Honestly: they spent more time playing it than I did but I will pick ip up and give it a bash somewhen, after I finish/get bored of all the other games I got around Christmas!

Also had a nice few goes on Wii Sports: Nintendo you made a frigging awesome "tech demo" there my friends!
