Get some ear plugs that motorbikers use to block out the wind noise.

Knowing how retarded drivers are they'd get something that cuts their hearing out totally and then have an accident because they can't hear other cars.. not that they really do currently anyways.. :p

I am sure earphones are more dangerous than the car, or a Harley for that matter... Also, not being able to listen whats happening next to you is as dangerous as getting killed, so...

However, I wouldn't like going deaf, how would I listen to music then.

There's a difference between hearing nothing and hearing less wind noise so you're not deaf. If anything it'd be safer. :p

That's why I got a better insulated car than I had before. I drive less aggressively and don't get tired now. (Unless I want to drive fast. Inline 6 engined do make a pretty nice sound at high revs. :) )

I have driven convertibles before, and while it's fun for a while, I wouldn't want to own one. Especially here in Norway. We don't really have that many days in a year where you could actually drive with the roof down...

I'M PRETTY SURE MY CIVIC DOESN'T HAVE ANY SOUNDPROOFING ANYWAY, SO I DON'T THINK A CONVERTIBLE WOULD DO ANY MORE DAMAGE.

Someone had to do it. :D
