Motherboards Sound drivers - motherboard or realtek?

    Hi All, just a quick one - I've recently decided to ditch the soundcard and go onboard. Should I be downloading the latest Realtek drivers from my motherboard manufacturer or go direct to Realtek?

    Motherboard Support Page - Realtek high definition audio driver ver:7560 (last updated 2015)
    or
    Realtek Page - audio driver R2.82 (last updated 2017)

    Motherboard is the Asrock Fatal1ty Z68 Professional Gen3
