A/V Soundblaster Z

Hi all,

Hoping someone can help. I have the Soundblaster Z soundcard in my system. However, I have not got the option to increase "BASS" anywhere. The box is "greyed" out. So i have no way to increase Bass anywhere on my PC.

My old Soundblaster XF-I let me increase through the software and in Win 10. Now I have nothing!

Any ideas or pointers how to fix this would be brilliant.

I have the same issue for some reason =/

 

You can't enable or change the bass setting in 5.1. It will be disabled.

Bass option only available to setting below 5.1 ( Quadraphonic , Stereo and Headphone)

Basically enable anything other than 5.1 in the setup tab

 

Have you tried reinstalling the driver via device manager? As per this post on the Ten forums.

 

Tried everything mate. My old XFI card is hands down better then this. That card now sits in my sons PC. Grrrrrrrrr
