    First a little historie.
It was during a LAN party, that I fell i love with barebones, but I think that barebones are to expensive, and hard to upgrade. So I decided that I wanted to build SOWS 2 over a MicroATX motherboard. I sold SOWS 1 monster tower weigh in at 31.5kg  ...a little much...

SOWS is an acronym for Silent Overclocked Watercooled System.

The system will be based on the following hardware:
    AMD 64 3200+ 2Ghz@2.1-2.2Ghz socket 754
    MSI MicroATX motherboard
    PowerColor X800XT PE
    2 x WD 36GB Raptor in raid 0
    NEC 2500 DVD-recorder

It will be cooled by two seperate systems...
    CPU:
    PolarFlo CPU Crome
    BlackICE Xtreme
    C-Systems/Cooltek CSP750 12V waterpump
    Cape Coolplex 10

    GPU:
    PolarFlo Chipset Crome
    BlackICE Micro
    C-Systems/Cooltek CSP750 12V waterpump
    Cape Coolplex 10

The two radiators are cooled by two Papst 120mm through a home made fan-duct...

I've been working on it for at wile now...

    And now to the pictures

This will become the custom fan-duct

Im going to venture a guess that you are using that MDF as a template to bend the metal around? Looks swanky so far man :D

It is only the sides that is made in metal, the front will be made in MDF because it will have many wierd angels. But I think it is the result in the end that matters... Once painted no one will know the difference...

Today I have made the hole for the two 120mm fans, and the hole for the DVD-drive...

I have also glued the front (MDF) to the metal.

Sorry for the lack of text, but my english is not that good right now, I'm almost sleeping...

But ask, and I will try to answer...
