I need something I think of a medium size to carry stuff I need for short stays in hospital. It needs to carry comfortably a bulky dressing gown, washing kit, slippers, and as they tend to have you in your gown as soon as you step in the hospital and without seeing your bed the bag will also need to accommodate the clothes I am wearing including shoes. Not forgetting magazines, tablet charger(S) and other bits and bobs. I bought a Highlander Cargo 45 and it did not last a day in fact it split by the time I arrived at the hospital and I needed to use the shoulder strap to hold things together. Not looking to spend anymore than £30 and would prefer to buy from a high street store unless you can guarantee that the bag you suggest suits my need.
I got one of these for work trips/weekends away: http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00EJ40760?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_detailpage_o02_s00 Best bag I've ever bought
I came across something similar earlier. Not absolutely sure on the size. Think I will need to go and wander around the town and have a look in John Lewis, sports Direct and Marks & Spencer and see what they have. And I hate shopping in the town.
Might be a bit further out of your price range, but I got an Eastpak one in the sales last year and I swear by their stuff now.
That looks good, but as I said earlier I think this is one occasion where I will need to brave the shops.
If you're close to a TK Maxx they sometimes have those Jeep backpacks in stock. They're quite robust and mine has been in almost daily use for over a year and still going strong.
Have one very close to me so will have a look, cheers. That is perfect. And we have a sports direct here in Edinburgh, the St James Center so can look before I buy.
