Basically, I dont really know much about HTCP stuff or anything but I am looking for one to go with my new AV stuff. Would definatly like something with an HTCP output, 1tb HHD and if possible the ability for some light gaming, i.e to my shame WOW, and if possible COD: MW 2

Check this month's budget build in the guide, and sub a m-ATX mobo and an HTPC case in.

I would spec the whole thing, but I'm about to sleep..

I just specced one using scan. Planning on building a HTPC myself and this is roughly what i will build. The only change I maybe tempted with swapping the CPU for the AMD Phenom II X4 905e Energy Eff which is about £90 extra, though to be honest I think it maybe overkill.

The below comes in £60 under your budget though doesn't include delivery. Only spent a few minutes doing it so I am sure someone can pick out something a little better.

Scythe Mini Ninja Heatpipe CPU Cooler S478/LGA775, AMD S754/939/940/AM2 £28.16

Antec NSK2480-UK V2 Desktop Media Centre Case for uATX with 380W Earthwatts 80%+ Eff PSU £87.34

    4GB (2x2GB) Corsair TwinX XMS3, DDR3 PC3-10666 (1333) 240 Pin, Non-ECC Unbuffered, CAS 9-9-9-24 £72.57

    1.5TB Samsung HD154UI Spinpoint F2 DT EcoGreen, SATA 3Gb/s, 32MB Cache, 8.9 ms, NCQ £72.32

    AMD Athlon II X2 245, Regor Core, S AM3, 2.90GHz, 2MB Cache, HT 3600MHz, 65W, Retail £47.13

    Gigabyte GA-MA785GMT-UD2H, AMD 785G, AM3, DDR3 1066/1333/1800, SATA 3Gb/s RAID, Micro ATX, VGA £71.81

Oops, missed off a Blu-Ray drive so that would probably use the last 60 notes.
