Windows Specific Type of Software

    I am looking for a type of software that will let me organize all of the programs that I use on regular basis in a more decorative invironment than the programs menu.

    I know about the quick-launch but I am really looking for a seperate software that I can install kinda like software that is used on htpc's to organize DVD's except I want it to organize programs
