    What?
Why do we strive to achieve what? Your asking a question with no reference to your previous post which i replyed to.
Im not saying there isnt difference, im saying that unless you know what to look for, no-one would notice a difference between the two.

IQ, why do people strive to achieve a greater IQ.

And besides the IQ argument, companies will do whatever is the cheapest and most effective. It just so happens to be the cheapest AND most effective right now is HDR in SM3.

Obviously if you dont care you dont care, and i hope you're satisfied with your mediocre hardware doing medicore settings, or having uber hardware at mediocre settings but uber fps. Whatever floats your boat, but having spent the afternoon with Tim and evening on MSN, it's like listening to an art critic - you finally realise why people spend HOURS in art galleries staring at paintings.

I think your getting confused here.
Ive never said that its not easyier, or its harder or whatever.
Ive said that the IQ (Image Quality) is not noticable to the untrained eye, between HDR done in SM2 & HDR done in SM3.

No. But you're talking to a technophile, so ill argue to the ends of the earth that an "infinate floating point" calculation looks better than a "finate integer calculation" ;)
