if i spray my case metalic silver, can i get the same finish on the plastic front? or will it allways look plastic?

i woz thinking of using metalic silver from halfords, but if anyone knows better stuff, pls tell me, and i am good at getting even finishes
use some primer first and then spray silver. Make sure to use fine wet'n'dry inbetween coats and let each coat dry for 24 hours before sanding. You should be able to get a very good finish on platic, if you have the patience Meblin
