Sprint ditches customers who complain too much

    I know how customers can behave, so i totally understand sprints actions.

    Some people just doesn't have common sense.

    I just had a customer who called and asked when hes computer was repaired before he had sendt it in!. He also called and asked all sorts of questions every day untill it was fixed.

    When someone takes up to much resources from a company just because they feel like it, i think it's OK to terminate their contract.

    Of course, if someone have a real problem, it's OK to call, but calling every day is just rude. I don't know what Sprint sells, but as i understand it's either an ISP, or an telephone company. Neither is life support services, and everyone should be able to survive without for a few days. (if it's a company who have a problem it's understandable, as some services might be critical for their operation.)
