    I don't get it... You dedicate basically your whole life, for what? Unless your family gets a s|||load of money, why would you spend years and years and years to infiltrate into the system.

    Or maybe he was working there and he got an offer while he was working... that makes more sense.

    Because of his allegiance to the Philippines?

    It seems more like once he was in a position where he could access those files, he decided to help out his native land. I doubt he actually planned to infiltrate the White House for years and years.

    Looks to me that he's not helping out the Philippines, it looks like he's helping out the faction who want to overthrow the Philipino government.
