BINGO Bill :thumb:..........i honestly dunno how you did that but i've just spent all day stripping this mod and giving it a nice soapy bath ready for some new shiny hardware to bring it back up to date for Multiplay i50 in November where i just know that HAF Stacker imposter will be planted :D

Thanks for the bump Bill..............you just knew it would be coming sooner or later

Thats great to hear Paul! I wish I could be there to see everyone's reaction. I know you'll be smiling. Your work will leave everybody speechless.

for anyone else just catching up to this thread, I'll recap you.

Cooler Master recently announced their new HAF Stacker. ...My reaction was, I've seen this before! ....and knowing all of the consecutive years that Cooler Master has asked Paul to display his creations at Cooler Master's booth at Cebit and his annual entries into Cooler Master's online Case Mod Contest, I can't help, but feel that CM's new HAF Stacker was influenced by Paul's "SR-2 Stacker" build...

Thanks again Bill – as you can imagine, i did chuckle quite a bit when watching this video @ 1:34 – so one of our product managers, John said “what if we just start stacking them up”.........yeah right :D

@ Neg – Cheers man. Unbelievably i just did a deal last week with Dipzy on this very forum and got what is probably the very last brand new MIPs block in existence to go with my MIPs RAM Blocks :naughty:

To me the HAF has always been an Industrial metal press accident that went on sale were Paul's is something you would be proud to display not hide.

Yeah the HAF is still bugly.

Why they don't redesign the front is a mystery.

I decided ditch the Koolance Bay-Res's and grab a couple of Monsoon Series Two Basic Dual Drive Bay Reservoirs as i'm making my own front bezel so these were the better option, along with a couple of Red Fitting Kits from Specialtech so they fit in with the overall black / red theme and i have to say, i wasn't disappointed as they really are a nice quality bit of kit and look spot on with the contrasting red hardware :hip:

The only problem was that i really wanted the red aluminium D5 pump covers on Monsoon Premium to really finish off the job properly so contacted Monsoon direct and fingers crossed, i should hopefully have a couple before i start adding liquid to the system :thumb:

I also swapped out the previous radiators and added a couple of XSPC EX240's for the GPU loop.

But anyway, today was all about test fitting and seeing if i could remember how this thing went back together but so far so good :D

Not the most exiting thing to round the week off but decided to swap out the three fan controllers and replace with a 6" touch screen to run EVGA Ultimate Power Control software so time to make a new bezel.

......how about these for straight cuts with a fret saw :dremel:

I did a little time lapse thing which was meant to be of hosing and filling this thing up but unfortunately i ran out of hose half way through :waah:

But anyway, it's all going at quite a pace now given there is only 8 days until i50.

The touch screen bezel which replaces the fan controllers is finished and painted so i now needed a way to power all the fans and got my hands on these nifty little Power Distribution PCBs from ModMyToys which are perfect.

I ran out of Primochill PrimoFlex Advanced LRT 7/16" Hose Grrr but a repeat order turned up today so was able to get both loops hosed up and filled and got to say that hose is crystal clear......love it :thumb:

Anyway, apologies for some random pictures at various stages but it's currently filled and bleeding as i write this so hopefully i should get it fired up either tonight or tomorrow and see how things go from there.

That loop is so awesome. Refreshing these days to see clean flowing bends with the tubing! Ready for i50!
