    All hype.............from other articles I've read, the receivers are hyping up their importance and the consequences of the company closing for good, so as to increase the price they'll get when the sell the company and its assets on. The rest of the telecom companies in Europe have enough spare capacity to manage without 'em....they're just trying to make everyone think they're important so ppl will pay more for their assets.
