They released a teaser and it can be viewed here

All I can say is WOW; as a huge starwars fan I can't wait. It looks as this movie has everything from space battles to some sort of conflict on Kashyyk.

Unfortunately this trailer doesnt show General Grievous Shakar but I'm sure the next teaser release will include him. For those who dont know Grievous is the leader of the confederacy of independent systems' (The Separatists) army.

Oh if only they had decided to release it then.

I'll have to wait till I get home from work to check out the trailer.

Might I remind everyone that the trailers for the last two starwars films have been good and we all know how they turned out ;)

Am I the only one who thought the trailer sucked? Lots of flashy quick shots of stuff which all looked a bit catoon(ish). Hopefully the film is better than the trailer but I'm not holding out much hope based on recent films.

    *this just in*

The pinnacle battle in this movie will last a whopping 12mins. Making it the longest battle sequence in film history.

General Grievous looks cool but his name sounds silly to me. Like general mischief or captain misconduct or something stupid like that.

Looking forward to the film tho :D

If any of you have not seen the final episode of the mini-series cartoon "Clone Wars" I'll now do my best to sum it up.

About 5 jedi are surrounded by the sepratist army (droid army); After a few secconds of silence Grievous emerges and kills all the Jedi but one, but the abrupt ending leaves you knowing that the last one will be killed as welll. They artists depicted him as an extreme power, even going so far as to have him stand on one leg while holdong 3 lightsabers with the rest of his ligaments. I'm really looking forwards to him in the next movie.

    Hi-Res Grievous shot:
