my inclination is to say "Not a chance.", but....it is Blizzard and they're not really in the habit of disappointing.
Was to be expected, really... I reckon that SC is gonna disappoint me, regardless of who develops it. Fact is, they have a choice: Make the old SC1/SC:BW players happy by delivering the single most hard core multiplayer RTS, or they make the more casual market happy. Seeing that in order to ahve seen SC at it's peak, you'd have to have been around when it was launched, and have played it through the times, and seeing that that generation of gamers is growing thinner, i reckon that they're gonna go with the other crowd.
