Okay, who else here HATES IT when a season ends with a mega-cliff hanger!?!?!? Anyone know when the &@$# Atlantis will resume in the US?? If you say January, I'll smack ya upside the head! Other than that, DAMN good episode! I actually caught myself yelling at the tv and calling that blonde Genii soldier names
But they've only done like 10 episodes! Is SG1 going to end too? Or is it going to carry on for the 22 episodes that seems to have been the regular number over the series? Haven't seen this weeks or last weeks yet, will do ASAP :>
why do US shows do that? they show half the damn series then stop for 6 months ****ing annoying dont do that here, they show the whole series then stop for for a while and show the next
SciFi is the ONLY channel that does this thank god - still, it pisses me off! The onlt reason I can think that they do this is because they do run a LOT of mini-series in that time slot in the fall and 1st half of winter: think Battlestar Galactica last year and Farscare Peacekeeper Wars this year. Theo: Yes, SG-1 had it's "summer finale" last night too (also an excellent ep). I don't know when that will kick off again either. Tell me about it.
although last year the second half of series 7 screened here in the uk before it did in the us but they showed the whole thing, so it started later but no gap means it finished first either way, i get the eps as soon as they're aired
Oh yea, you were like a week ahead of us in the 2nd 1/2 of the season or something odd like that if I remember correctly. All I know is that SciFi is ticking me off with this "summer finale" garbage :\ Yea, I could do tht too I guess, but Stargate fridays are something that my kids and I like to do togeather and grabbing them off of Usenet or whatever would kill that. Know what I mean?
ah, i do Stargate Saturdays with my dad, gives time to grab the eps then watching them via svideo downstairs
