I am running Speedfan to control my fans and it works great as always, but I cannot get it to start up with Windows. I placed it into my startup folder, but that's not working. Can anybody help me out?

    Thanks!

You can use Task Scheduler to make this happen (search for Schedule Tasks in the Control Panel). Request that it runs the application on boot-up (or on log-in) "with highest privileges" --check "Run with highest privileges" in the properties for the task.

Start it via a scheduled task on windows startup. Via task scheduler (admin tools in control panel)

I've had problems setting a schedule task to run on start up. So it's probably best to run it on logon. Which has always worked for me.

Sometimes you can stick a shortcut in the start up folder
