Windows start up menue ??????

hi all, my 4 year old daughter was on the computer playing cbbies games, i left her alone with it for an hour, now ive just come onto my pc and the start up menue is at the top, have any of you guys got any ideas on how to get it to the bottom again, its doing my head in
im running vista 64 bit

its sort of when you open a new serch page, your favorites and search bar dissapear, untill you push the curser to the top then its like a pulldown menue, its doing my head in????

 

Tried dragging it down to the bottom then?

Also, right click on it and select "lock toolbar".

its the search bar, i like the search bar to be always there when i open internet explorer, but is not there its on like a puldown sort of thing, ignore my first post, its doing my head in

 

that thing when you press f11 and it goes to a sort of 'fullscreen' view?

I think you have hit the nail on the head, press F11 and all should revert back to normal.
