just got myself a used ideq 200n nforce 2 sff machine. so last night i transferred from my fully working PC the cpu, memory, hdd, cd drive and geforce4mx. it wouldn't POST. unplugged everything except cpu and ram and still wouldn't post. put ram from my other machine in and it was fine. a bit annoyig. plugged everything back in and ooted and machine froze with graphical corruption on windows boot menu. took graphics out and used onboard. worked fine. booted windows and it restarts half way through boot. same in safe mode. tried knoppix and that won't boot either. sometimes just shuts down other times freezes in gui. used ultimate boot cd to test ram, hdd and cpu. everyting fine. tried to update bios but machine wouldn't read floppy properly. thinking it was a boot disk and not blank with 1 file like windows told me on my laptop and other pc. any suggestions? sounds like it might be a bios or motherboard issue... cheers
