Well executed, very similar to how apple has done things for a while. Though my only concern is when you have to boot your computer from the CDROM, say to rescue windows.

You may unless you already do not. have a way to eject the cdrom if you cannot use the software. Otherwise I like what you have done :dremel:

I can still open the drive the normal way by pressing the right hand corner of the stealth cover. I also added HOT key to my keyboard so i can close and open the drive at a press of the button. Removed the software already ;) Rest of my PC

Not too impressive to be honest, I've seen stealthed ones where you just have to touch the drive cover (not push) to open it.

Although the touch sensitive stuff is really impressive. It is not something I would want. Espeically as a power button. Or an eject button. I really like the feel of a click under my finger to know for sure its been 'clicked'

I do enjoy the clean inside of your case. Seems though you could have put the watercooling bigs on the inside?

Nice job on the mod, turned out quite well.

One thing I noticed, you stealthed your ROM drive, but where is it connected? I count 1 SATA cable.

After examining the picture very well, i thought i could see the second sata-cable, there is a red and a black connection on the mobo, and he used two red cables that look like one, if im corrct, so that's probably it........

    I Think....

Notice the HDD, nothing connected to it :thumb:

SATA must run up the back of the mobo tray and to the optical drive :hip:

Judging by the sticker on it i think its actually mounted the other way round with the cables at the front of the case.

evrything is connected, there are two SATA cables connected. I just stacked them together to get an illusion of just one SATA conneted :D

So, The first drive bay is my optical drive and the second bay is my 300w Dedicated VGA power supply.

One extra little tip, take some nail polish remover and a cotton ball/paper towel to get rid of that ugly blue QC stamp on the floor of the case, it will really make it look that much better. Nice job so far :thumb:

Off topic slightly, but I love your cable management. How do you get them to all fit under the mobo? Do you have something that raises it up for more room? Or are you just that sneaky? Lol

Just a cpl of questions, did you use an sata convertor on the optical drive? just ive never seen an sata drive. You've got a 300W deadicated vga psu, but whats that connected to?

Nice stealth, i sued to have this style on my PC60 a few years back, but they kept getting jammed opening and closing so i took them off.
