anyone have the article by chance where the person took the original bay covers and then cut off the side and took off the frame and then applied the original bay covers to stealth them out and so when he hit the corner of the cover the cd rom would just open up??

i found when stealthing my li li bay on the cd rom drives, the covers are so tiht, that the cd rom cant open or close, it either cathces and bends up when closing, ir stresses the cd rom drive, when trying to eject as it cant push the tray out ( due the the tiht fit of the plate )

I actually need the article where you cant even see the cd rom. It looks like nothing is there and when you hit the corner of the bay cover the cd ejects

I got one for my floppy and I wasnt to happy with them. They work as a temp. solution but the floppy one doesnt cover up the button or the flap protecting the inside and you have to add a little glue or something to it because mine tends to come off in the corner.
