I have a funny feeling deep inside meh, that BlOps II may be slightly OK and not a complete and utter mish mash on PC. FOV slider please?:worried:

Probably one of the best games in a few years - the hardest thing is the training - after that it is pure fun. It's just the right mix of exploration, open world and button bashing. A sound investment you made there!

urm - ok..... Read the review on BT and not what I thought. I thought it was more along the lines of Myst or Riven to be honest.

    Thanks for that! :thumb:

First one was a supprise hit for me so I am looking forward to this with all the positive comments from the bit-techers. Good timing on this sale, I was in need of a good single player game. I'm not really enjoying LA Nior, its rapidly become very repetative. Glad i only paid a fiver for it!

Would depend what you don't like about it. It's still an open world RPG so if those aren't you're thing then don't bother. Gameplay is much improved in just about every area IMO only weakness is some of the guild quests.

haven't bought anything yet (steam noob here) but I think I'll go for this. Noob question: If I buy something, would I be able to start the download later (or few days later) as I am traffic managed by Virgin until 10pm?

Yep, you can download whenever you like, on any machine you like and on as many machines as you like (just can't be logged into more than one at any one time)

This is getting more expensive than I though it would. Having recently returned to PC gaming I'm behind on a few games so have splashed out. Bought so far; Max Payne 3, Trine 1, Trine 2, Metro 2033, Crysis, Assassins Creed 2.

Think im about to buy; Bastion and Dark Space 2!

Need to find time to play them all now :duh:

Levelling system is much improved in my opinion. Though you still level up by carrying out relevant actions rather than xp as in fallout. Interface, not so much.

The default UI is pretty damned ugly, but there are a number of really nice replacement UI's available, Skyui being my favourite
