So I'm having a custom made top panel made for my 350d. I'm replacing the perforated panel for a panel with two 136mm diameter hole vents for two 140mm Fans. Does anyone have any ideas of what I can use to clean up the edge? Rather than just leaving a bare (painted) metal edge I was thinking of either 3D printing a figure 8 plastic piece that would provide a softer edge (secured along with the fan screws, or clips into place) or a bit of wire trimming that clamps around. Thoughts?
How thick is the metal, you can get proper case trim including chrome finish that fits 1.5-3mm sheet. I used some on my recent Skullduggery build around a case hole for the leads.
