From Metro Today, Crazy Steve Irwin is getting into trouble with the Aussy authorities it seems: Tbh - i think he's nuts, but he's not that stupid. And about the feeding crocks with his son in hand, im sure he knows what he's doing otherwise he'd be several limbs less by now.
I'm not generally one to stand up for celebrities, but Steve Irwin gets it worse than many, probably because of the fact that in his TV shows and movies he is a bit of a wacky character. So in the logic of the media, if there are two ways to look at something Steve Irwin has done, we'll go with the one that portrays him as a lunatic of some sort. I say give him a break - he's one of the most high-profile fighters for wildlife out there - it is simply not logical that he'd do something that harms the whales. As he himself said on Australian television, it's good that people are finally becoming aware enough to report activity that looks to be harming animals, but it is clear from video evidence that he didn't touch those whales, and it's time for people to get off his case.
