I recently shipped off my 2002 Vision Impulse to a Jay Espinal in Bronx, New York. He immediately cancelled his E-mail address after the packafe was delivered. Looks like I'm not getting a powerbook...

Anyways, here is what I shipped:

2002 Vision Impulse with a Toxicity Jewel, red white and blue Warpfeed, 10" Full Freak, shocktech dropforward, Ricochet 2k Hopper, and a Warpfeed Feedtube on it. Both the feedtube and the Jewel should make it stand out from the rest.

I also shipped an impulse box that has "Foolio" and "Team Rail" Written on it in white out, with a bunch of stickers on it also, from PBNation.com' RPS, a USA Flag, a number 88 Sticker, and a bunch of others. There was also a 32 Degrees 4 pod harness with 4 blue Planet pods. Each pod has a VERY faint black X on the lid, and one has a PBNation.com sticker.

If you know ANYTHING about this, where it might be, how I might get it back, or any way you can help, PLEASE contact me! I'm really torn up about this, I shipped off over $1000 worth of stuff, to the bronx, without signature confirmation, I'm a ****ing idiot, I know, but please, help....

Holy crap man, that really sucks. I would just die if I lost my paintball gun and its only worth $750.

Why were you shipping it to him? Selling it?

Anyway, sorry about your loss. The best course of action would probably be contacting the local police (local to the guy you sent it to). You obviously know the address of the guy. Contact the police and tell them what has happened.

Damn dude, that, indeed, really sucks :sigh:

I hope you get your stuff back / the trade goes on and you receive a powerbook and your money.

    How long ago was it?

How do you know his email had been cancelled? Are they just bouncing (his mailbox could be full)?

Let this be a lesson to all you kiddies out there signature and landline telephone number is essential when buying stuff online.

As a proof they've received it?

I would only ship the items to them when I have received the money. But you'd have to be trustable then.

ALWAYS use registered post / require signature; that way you always have comeback - if not from the person, then from the shipping company.

I had something not-at-all like this happen to me. I bought something off a bloke in Yahoo Auctions. He didn't send it to me for A YEAR! he was in sporadic email contact with me, but kept telling me he had sent it. I threatened to call his local police force and report him, which seemed to motivate him. Try and call the phone operator and get his number if you have his name and address. I wouldn't call him tho, it might just prepare him for the police coming round, which should be your first step alert the police. Of course, theer is a posability he has sent it to you and it hasn't arrived yet....?

    good luck

Why not just phone the police? It's important that you contact some official people about this as soon as possible. Although it may be tough to get your stuff back, I'm sure those are the people that can do it.
