Well guys its been a long time coming, finally got my loop setup!

    The specs:
    LRWB Storm G5
    AquaXtreme MP-1
    Thermochill PA160
    AquaXtreme 50Z.

    Hardware Spec:
    Opty 146
    DFI Ultra-D
    Sapphire X850XT @ PE clocks.
    2*512mb Twinmos CH-5 UTT
    Seagate 120GB
    Creative X-Fi MusicXtreme

Here is a picture of the bare case, a beautiful Lian-Li PC-61. Notice the front space for the radiator (done as to Marci's guide!) and the small hole on the 5 1/4 bay to allow neater cable wiring.

Next up, the case with basic hardware installed, so I could try tube routing and lengths ready for cutting.

Here is the loop assembled and then fitted, it has already been leak tested outside of rig at this point.

Wires! Gotta have em, but i'd rather not! Here you see my cunning routing of cables coming into play.

Shroud attached, memory installed, X-Fi installed. Ready to roll!

Well I hope you all like it! I know I put the MP-1 before the G5 in the loop, which im still not sure about, but attempting to route it any other way either created kinks or lots of extra distance, so I settled for this being acceptable. Now as a rough guide to you, I found that GPU: Idle, 28. Load, 33. CPU: Idle, 31. Load 35. However thats just a rough read out from MBM and ATItool, in no way accurate.

Thanks for reading, feel free to post any suggestions or comments!

Looking good mate, how you finding the pump?
Nice block too :) And rad.
You would probs notice something if you put the G5 first, sorry to say ;)

    Possibly, possibly not.

So yeh, CPU technically best, but if you have a look at where the rad inlet/outlets are and the pump inlet/outlets are getting to the cpu first would be a royal pita... (I want pump outlet to rad inlet due to pump heatdump...)

Pumps alright, lil noisy for my liking...

Only suggested it, because I noticed quite a bit of difference (5c~) from putting CPU first. And I run a Storm G4.
(Order of mine is - pump>cpu>gfx>rad>res)

Also, had that pump in the past too ;)

Hmm i'll have to try switch it around next time I have rig in pieces, dont think there will be a huge difference but worth a try I suppose!

What loop do you run out of interest?

i am just gonna fix my new mobo into my case after i broke it trying to fix on the waterblock

did you use a torque setting? or just tighten it up a bit?

    thanks

hmm note about the "general rule to follow" - the loop order makes no difference what so ever :/ i don't know why people think it does, test it yourself if you don't believe me.

Logic would dictate from heatdump a differentiating temp, but water flows so fast and heatdump from gpu shouldnt be too high. The reason I thought of swapping is that the gpu is restrictive, infact the MP-1 is more than the Maze4/MCW-60 and given that the storm uses impingement jetting technology I may see benefits from this. However its going to be messier with a larger loop distance so im going to give it some time like this first...

My loop consists of; (In order)

    HDPE Res
    Ehiem 1250
    Swiftech Storm G4
    Danger Den Maze4
    Black Ice Pro 2

Cooling the comp in sig. :)

Yeah, thats what I was told, and I've seen the benefits. Makes sense too :D

The rear, where the magic wiring really goes on (masking tape for the win!) :
