So far I have had this problem which I know I am going to have trouble describing accurately with three games.
    Assassins Creed: Origins.
    Far Cry 3.
    Ghost Recon: Wildlands.

With Origins it happened after a patch so assumed that was the cause. With Far Cry 3 I noticed after installing the game but assumed it was a driver thing being a 5 year old game and I have just reinstalled Ghost Recon after buying the DLC Narco Road.

The issue is movement, there may be a nano second of lag when I move the mouse this means the view does not have its usual sharpness until I stop moving.

I am currently reinstalling Crysis 2 a game I played a few weeks ago and which was perfect.

Whether there is any relationship between the issues I am having with games and the Oculus Rift I installed at around the same time has crossed my mind.

Over 40 views and not even a suggestion or question?
Fortunately over on another forum a suggestion was made which seems to have resolved the issue and it may well have been something to do with Share Mouse software.

Not so long ago there would have been 40 suggestions, the forum is a shadow of its former self.
    Shame but there you go.

There wouldn't, because when it comes to software it's a minefield. I read your post and I had no idea what could be causing it. None. Would you preferred it if I posted and said "No idea dude"? I did read your post and if I could have helped you I would have, but I had no idea.

I had a similar issue once, but it turned out to be the touch screen driver for the little screen I bought from Byron. It was making the DK2 continually add/remove from DM with the noises associated and the PC was lagging bad. But that was irrelevant to what you were describing.
