    Hey,

my girlfriend's mom asked me to tell her how to stream videos saved on her PC to her HDTV wireless-ly. As we'll move to her house in Vienna in less than 2 weeks I said, I'd find out and set it up for her once we're there. I'd build her a little HTPC but I don't think that's what she wants so my question is:

What would be my best options? Best, as in cheap and easy to use.
I could use my 360 for that, I know that, but as we just want to stay in her house until we settled down in Vienna and found our own flat this would just be a solution for a very limited time.

Thanks for the input and just use this thread for some brainstorming if you want. I'm open to every possible solution.

Thanks guys, have some well deserved rep. :thumb:

Pedro: Thanks for that link, will look into it tomorrow.
docodine: Yep, thought about the Icy Box as well but given the price plus HDD I don't know if she wants it.

If you want something a little cheaper, this WD device can be bought for £73.

But if you wnat the best, then definitely the popcornhour.

And thanks to you as well. :)

God, I really need to find some time to check that stuff out but tomorrow morning people come to pick up 200kg worth of stuff to ship it to Vienna.

    I'm stressed.
