What, am I not street enough? I could even put some demon tweeks badges on my car, and a big "PERFORMANCE" sticker across the top of the windscreen. I'll fit right in!
But it still says BMW on the front, is an 09 plate ( too new) and its actually fast. At least mines got a dodgy paint job (not shiny), is far too loud and the boot is completely taken up by a sub, if i just wore tracksuits and changed the way i talked, i'd blend right in... In fact, maybe its time to go undercover...
Actually, this could be a fun undercover video, though im sure i'll be stuck to croc hunter style voice acting... "g'day viewers! have we got a treat for you! today we're stalking the elusive chav street racer, phwoarrr listen to the noise of that badger eating exhaust, and the body kit on that corsa! Hold tight as we get a little closer!" Followed by some shaky camera work of being chased away haha
Most of the cars round here are total chav wagons. Lots of clios and corsas, even relatively new sports ones. I drive an octavia VRS, so even though I've got a big car which holds me back a bit they rarely trouble me. I really hate it when you get an N reg corsa with big pipes on it riding up your arse like you're in the way when you're doing 70 on the motorway, ITS THE SPEED LIMIT PPL! So I touch the accelerator and leave em for dust. <3 turbos
<3 Turbos indeed... it's Turbos or displacement... C63 AMG = Stunning. Will leave any chav car around here, even if you're pulling away in 7th gear... and it has the upside of not hearing the other idiot's big tailpipes (hell... i'm sure the idiot can't hear his own tailpipes when that C63 starts to roar).
When the car gets back from its MOT, i'll go visit the chav breeding grounds Get some photos and videos, take Tad down, and we'll try blend in haha
There used to be a gallardo in my neighbourhood in Holland... Bright yellow hunk of testosteron. Too bad the douche driving it was a BLATANT drugdealer. I stood behind him in line @ the carwash, and it was busy as hell there. I must have witnessed 6 or 7 exchanges of cash for "baking powder". He's not around anymore though, i wonder...
Should I bring Natalie along to pose on the bonnet in a bikini? That's what you do at these things, right?
Yes, but the rule is the girls have to look possibly attractive at first glance, but less so the more you look at them.
Erm, at MFN they do that, because they have the car mags there on certain nights, but at 'the strip' non of that goes on, PURE UNDERGROUND STREET RACING MAAAYYNNN.
If someone wants to get past that badly it's best to just let them even if you have to slow down for a few seconds to pull into a slower-moving lane, I'd rather they had an accident with someone else than with me.
Trust me, around here you'd rather not let those people past... especially on the long roads... on more than one occasion was i forced to brake hard and pull off of the road in order to avoid the guy trying to overtake a row of [about 5-6] cars from running head on into an oncoming truck... especially on the long roads... you wouldn't BELIEVE the driving ethics of people here... they know you're going to brake and basically risk screwing up your car by running off the road when they're to your right, and moving left to avoid a truck...
Street racing can be fun, I partake every now and again. I drive over to other side of Cannock most weeks, and there are always. 'suped' up corsa and peices of **** like that, always good fun when they try it on. I normally leave them for dust, then I worry about what its done ot my fuel enconomy. What I really hate about most 'buy racers' is the fact that they don't know how to handle there car. I personally think I can handle my car well and know its limits. I was drving back from said friends one night and an old Clio over took me and I went after him, once over taking him, we preceded to drive down the A34 at 110mph, he was that close to the back of my car I could not see his headlights! To to me is very dangerous, ok I know doing 110mph on a single carriage road is dangerous, nut if I was behind him I would not of been driving that close behind him. (I the nrealised later that the Clio that was behind me, was an old Williams Clio, 1.8l 16v, I did wonder how it was doing 110mph) I would just like to say I do not drive as fast anymore since getting pulled over for speeding on the M6 @ 106mph (oops). Luckily the copper let me off with 3 point rather than a ban! I was very lucky! Speed is dangerous, when handled by idiots. Regards GiGo
I definitely drive way slower since I got pulled over. I was doing over 100, but they must not have clocked me, or were feeling kind, as I got let off completely Slowed right down since, though I still have to catch myself in the Westfield.
I make no pretence about it. I like speed. And i break the speed limit on pretty much a daily basis. but, the system works differently here. you get pulled over, you get fined (unless you're caught doing >60kph above the speed limit - then they take your license and suspend it). I've been pulled over once in 7 years, and got off with a warning - strangely, that was the one time where it actually was an emergency (my brother was in hospital. I got called by the hospital). I am however a very defensive driver. I.e. i know what's going on, i know i am above the limit, and i don't take stupid risks (like overtaking a row of 5 cars at once with oncoming traffic).
