having finished my new idea for a fan bus on breadboard, ive got alot of chips to fit on not much remaining stripboard, i've seen some people on here desiging circuits on stripboard with some software. what is this software, and can it be obtained "free"?
I use ExperessPCB, you can get it at www.expresspcb.com Makes good boards, check this post: http://forums.bit-tech.net/showthread.php?s=&postid=290445&#post290445
should have really checked the usefull links before asking i designed it, and un-holy crap is it complex, there a 7 IC's, each with 14 pins, and there all linking all over the place. so im thinking i need to make a PCB, but dont have the means, or know of anywhere that does. does anyone know how much the equiptment is and where i can get it?
The tri-pad stripboards that Maplin do (JP52G) might be better than ordinary stripboard if it's a logic-type circuit with just linked ics. Would end up a bit like a breadboard with wires all over, but more compact than doing it the neat way.
