Cooling Stupid Questions-R-Us

Here come the stupid questions
1.is a Z-chip block for the northbridge fan?
2.i've got a aqua waterheader with 10mm barbs the waterblock i want [danger den ]has 1/2 fittings,whats the best way to overcome this is it easier to fit 1/2 barbs to the waterheader or force the tubing on :eyebrow

You could try using the following:

find a 3/8" to 1/2" adapter and also a 1/2" piece of pipe
