Hey all, I was just wondering what everyone likes in a case mod. What would you REALLY want? Just need some ideas so I can make sure my customers get what they want. Here is our latest design. Tell me what you think. -Paintballer
Well, just an observation first if you don't mind. Vendors who have been active participants in forums have been winners because of it. I can think of several. It's really a great show of good will to the community, and as long as everything else is in order, and you do business reputably, it's a good thing for everyone. But it rarely happens that way in my experience. I think a lot of vendors see the forums as free market research (which they are) or free advertising (which they're not), and tend to underestimate the abilities of forum readers to detect ********. Now all of this is just my observation and is not directed at you at all, Paintballer. We have no specific rules directed at vendors like you'll find in some other forums. But I would like to make it clear up front that you are likely to get some unfavorable reaction from your post. Frankly, your post raises my suspicions, but I'm remaining neutral until you've demonstrated your intentions with respect to participating in this forum.
I like origonality. Anything thats different and unique. I think its a good sign in a company that they take the time to go to forums like this and ask what people want, it shows they care what the customer thinks. I think the case looks awsome. But you also have to factor in heat and space. if it looks good, runs cool and has lots of space then its a good case. P.S. is that glow wire on the left front side? its kind of hard to see. P.P.S. If you send me a case ill tell you how good it really is and write a review of it
OK, now that I've had a second to look over your site, I will comment. I think that your mods on display are likely to be considered mediocre by BiT-Tech readers (despite the enthusiastic responses from your customers). Now if you were a BiT-Tech reader, I suspect that may have been apparent to you before you posted. So I have to conclude that you posted you site before reading anything from our articles or forums. Perhaps you want to improve your modding skills and are wanting to benefit from participation in a forum where there's an incredible pool of talented, creative people who continuously outdo themselves by creating beautiful cases as a labor of love. If that's the case, you're in the right place, and I suggest you rethink your signature and edit it before it does your reputation unintentional damage.
Awwwwww. thanks, you made me blush . Even though i only signed up today i have been reading the forums for months. P.S. Post 15. My lucky number Edit: oh and thumbscrews are always a plus
oh man! i was needing a good laugh:rofl:   Hey linear, if ya still around, jump on irc for a min.
Its gotta have a window without horrible molding 2 blue cold cathodes all shoved in a lian li with a nice reobus and stealthed drives all at a RESONABLE price
i suggest that you read the reviews and articles -- and then suggest ideas that are original... you really wanna impress people? then maufacture macro black clones for a low low price! also, dont come and post as a vendor, post as someone that wants to learn; and provide input, that way you'll get so much more help... e.g which looks better? **post pics**... not ... who would want this is in there case.... friendlier approaches work -- also you'll learn that tru modders, like alot of ppl here, will want to do everything thereselves, as its a good feeling... and they're basically out there on the web looking for inspiration (tutorials) as what to do next... so dont true to sell something to everyone! good luck!!! i wish to hear good things! oh, and ppl like aluminium cases, i dont really like those plasticy ones you posted, soz
concidering that ppl here would rather do it their selves and pay half as much... they look ok. nothing wrong with them. just plain, and EXPENSIVE. but hey, you have to make a profit and a sucker is born every second. figure that if they are dumb enough to pay that much then they dont deserve to have that kind of money.
it looks pretty nice... i would much rather make than buy a modded case, but thats me... i know people who would much rather buy than build too.... the green looks good, but as said before, aluminum might be a better option for more sales... that would prolly make it quite a bit more expensive though, so i guess that ones up to you.... i have a plastic case, and it does a fine job! i love it... but overall, very nice - if i saw it before i got into moddin, that would be a definate cosideration....
