    Maybe hey have some kind of an ace in the sleeve.

    [SIZE=-3]Like fe. apple has patented shuffles design and colours.

    I think it is cool that other companies are trying to take a piece of the market. If it costs less, all the better.

    A little competition never hurt anyone. I wouldn't mind a little more creativity on the competition's part though. I don't see the point in buying what appears to be a knock-off. If it were a different product altogether, they should get a different advertising campaign and different case design. By copying, they come across as a knockoff, reguardless of which is better quality/cheaper price.

    Basically, they could do it but they'd get their asses sued. Good luck to them is all I can say, they've got a good product there.
