Has anyone else seen this film? I have no idea where I heard about it, but about 3 or 4 years ago (must've been when it first came out) I heard of it and wrote the name down. Made it onto my wish-list, but no-one ever bought it for me. I bought it myself from Play.com last week and watched it this weekend. WOW! This is now one of my favourite films of all time. It's pretty hard to describe, it's sort of like a Japanese Pulp Fiction... but on some mind-altering drugs. It's very, very pretty to look at, the direction is awesome, the fight scenes are great and it's laugh out loud funny almost the whole way through. Near the end they catch you off-guard, but I won't say how. Just your feeling about the film suddenly changes and it does it soooo well. It says on the box "unlike any other Japanese live action film you'll ever see" they're not wrong. It's amazed me that no-one I've spoken to has heard of it, it's really easy to get hold of. Tadanobu Asano is superb as the guy trying to kill his wife, but she just won't stay dead! Oh yeah, and it has Vinnie Jones in it UK site Official Japanese site
