Normally here they remove your flexi privileges and set you to work 9-5 for a week. If you break that or keep loosing your flexi privileges your fired. It really depends on the boss how flexible they are. Like my position I don't get tea breaks yet the nature of the job means I can mess around just provided the cases are cleared correctly, and the sessions run smoothly. Our bosses are pretty good but some of the chair people or one of the managers in the courthouse looks for excuses to go through you. Just don't give them an excuse.
