Windows system cleaner software?

    hey y'all

    anyone know of a good (free) system clear (ie, registry cleaner, dead shortcut remover, temporary file remover etc etc)...

    i'm always downloading new software, trying out, then uninstalling it, and i tihnk it's time to clean out my system...

    its not free but i like system mechanic. it does all you want and it even has a a secure delete function that can overwrite the data 10 times (on the version i have), which is stronger that government standards which is 7 times, apparently... works just like recycle bin.

    its not the recycle bin, its called the incinerator and it works just like the recycle bin but better.
