That is the design for the side im gonna use, the center will be a Green LED fan, with a radioactive grill on it, and the "panels" of the symbol will be UV green acrylic and have modders mesh on it the one on the right is the deisgn for the top im gonna use
DOES NEONE KNOW IF THEY MAKE REPLACEABLE TOP PANELS FOR CHIEFTEFS? i know the make bezel and side panel but wat about top?
I dont think so.... I wanted an extra one to play with before i worked on my case's mods but i was unable to find another one... you can use sheet metal until you get everything worked out...
here is a very rough idea of the bezel i will cut out part of the door, and fill it with either green painted modders mesh OR a window with modders mesh on it, or maybe sumthing else the bezel will be lighted up by the fans and maybe by a 4-6" cathode, more to come STAY TUNED
how gh3y. ive been using mesh from garages or welders for years. i done a similar mod about 2yearsago but both top and bottom of the front bezel. sickskater if u want any advice just ask or pm meh.
well, i dont mean to be rude or anything like that.. but bleecher has a great point in what he said :] but - so no one gets pissed at me - i was just curious. im sure that project of yours will come out great. mod on, with or without the modders mesh
hmm thoses prices are pretty low were did u buy those lights and fans ect. I didnt think anyone had prices lower than svc good idea mod-on
You know if you decided to use the design on the left, you could make the O a fan hole for a 120mm fan....
thought about that, but figured it would look awkward and off centerd, and im pretty sure the PSU would get in the way
I think its the mid-tower your talking about? I've got one, but I'm sure you can find the measurements online. Also, there is a sketchup model for the dragon mid-tower (and full-tower) in the Sketchup thread in Mod Guides. edit: a few sites confirmed 470 x 205 x 522mm (DxWxH)
i got it from a different oard, butt tahnks of rthe heads up about the sketchup model, i was afraid id have to make it my self
i know the demensions of the whole case i was llooking for just the swing door. also where is the mid tower?? i couldnt find it?
