Just wanting to hear opinions from people who are playing tabula rasa, how is it, wow better? etc etc that sorta of thing, some informational content to go along with the, I like it, would be helpful, IE why do you like/dislike it.

I'm a cheap and currently dirt poor guy looking for a new game :D and bit tech doesnt have a review out hehe:read:

it's an interesting concept, I played the beta for it, but there was nothing OMGL33TPWNZORZ about it. just a grindfest like all current MMO's.

I'm more interested in Darkfall and Fury in the MMO market at the moment, and EvE is always a good option.

played eve, not impressed, I like AO but its kinda losing its fanbase, which sucks since its an mmo that takes some brain cells to cram into the high end gear :D

    I'm loving it myself.
I found its FAR better than WoW due to it not being totally full to the bring of 14 year old nubs.

My favourite part is by far and away the combat system as its considerably faster paced and handles more like Gears of War than your typical MMO.
The thing is though that people fail to realise (and may people have complained of) is that, its (sur-bleeding-prise) not like WoW. It's also not as polished but then what do you expect from a game thats been out 4 weeks? It took WoW 2-3 years to add some features.
It's a good game but you just have to be prepared to play a product that's not 100% finished.

If you are interested and in the UK(or the rest of the EU) then I can give you a 3-day trial key but really, I'd advise you hold out a month or two untill they add a few new features and fix a couple of the main issues unless you REALLY REALLY want to play or (like me) played it and loved it in beta.

Check out tabularasa.gangrel.me.uk too, its one of the better forums relating to it though of course it has its share of idiots and whiners (mostly full of whiners) but to an extent it can be pretty informative :)

I've been playing for a week and I'm loving it. For me, it doesn't yet replace WoW (which I still play), but it's getting closer.

Just did my first instance last night too which was confusing but fun (all fell into place at the end).

Combat is fun, it's more like a shooter, but you don't have to fully aim (think Tomb Raider), and unlike WoW, you can easily take 5 or 6 mobs on (at low levels anyway, not sure about higher levels).

The many-vs-one does remain at higher levels, it just depends on your class as to how easy it is and how survivable you are, although they are all capable in a way :)

Still love my flame thrower for mass carnage though. Kind of holding off playing a little at the mo too as I'm now level 45 and only have 2-3 zones left, that and I'm not wanting to hit 50 too fast, even though some people did it in the first 3 weeks :p

    Tabula RASTA!

But seriously, I really like what's been said about the progressive, branching player class development. Very cool and gives a more unique, hard-earned feel to your character.
