Today my mother told me about her attempts to save a young sparrow after it's first attempt at flight. She was looking out the window to see the cat playing in the back garden with a neighbours cat, it was then she saw the young bird in question land just feet from the two of them, in a fit of panic (animal lover) she ran outside only to find the cats hadn't even noticed. She slowly walked over and lifted the bird to take it to a nearby tree, it was now he decided to make his second attempt at flight, as he majestically soared all of about 3 feet in the air a Sparrowhawk swooped down and decided to have it for lunch. Poor little fella
You really can't help but laugh really, it's rather sad... poor thing... but still it's a little funny...
Now all I have in my mind is a few frames of south park whenever a bird comes along and just plucks kenny off to kill
Now... all we need is some kind of Chavhawk... when they try putting on their burberry caps for the first time... come along and *swoop*
you know what's unfair? watching a stupid cat in my garden tear apart a beatiful green woodpecker. a natural predator i'd have been cool with. but a goddamned domestic cat!?
PEN PEN!! Lorquis, dosnt that invite the question of whether chavs are made or born? Sucks to be the sparrow chic but also sucks to be a hungry sparrowhawk/sparrowhawk chic. Moriquendi
Wow that's really sad but funny at the same time lol. I remember I was really young and went to some castle in the UK and I was trying to throw pebbles at the pidgeons when I finally hit one it looked injured and in pain and I suddenly felt very guilty haha.
