I wont have any spare time untill this comming Monday, so I'm hoping to get some more work done. Hopefully I get some of the plexi cut (1/4 inch black).

I also need to finalize how im going to mount the HD's in the lower section. I have an extra set of brackets from my MountianMods case I can use or a drive cage out of an Antec 900..

Thanks, I've done a red and black, a acouple blue themes so I decided to go with a green one this time

Thanks, I'm still working out some of the details but getting there.

It would be nice to die the sinks a brighter shade of green Though I'm considering LED's or some sort of air ducting around them.

 

Yeah, I love the board but I think something must be done about the color.

And where did you get those slot covers?

 

I believe I ordered them from Jab-Tech, Ive had them for a while. found them by accident, cant remember what I was looking for at the time

 

yo man was just reading your log, looks like it gona be a sweet build. The quality looks great and teh case has a similar skeleton to a build I've just started (not got a log together yet).

I was just wondering where u got those cool sets of usbs that you used for your front panel?

Looks like a real easy way to add the front panel expansions.

 

I had them setting around in a box, I believe they came with one of my MB's (probibly my Gigabyte X48T board) I got a while back. I'll have to extend the wire's as they are too short for proper wire management (unless i want to run them straight over to the connecters on the mb which wouldn't look that good..)



I did manage to get a little more work done this week, not much to show but will have to upload a couple pictures later.. notched the back brace behind the MB tray to run wires and attached the rails for the Opticals.

Still need to add the braces for the PSU and HD cage. Then drill and tap the holes for the side pannels.. then of course paint. I also need to decide on what type of feet I want to put under it
