whoa whoa whoa! Terry Woagns the man! hes the little light of fun in the eurovision contest! without him, where would it be ? itd just be bad songs, bad singing and stuff! I partiularly liked... "and we will see you next year"... "no you wont, because theyll take you outside and shoot you afterwards" or something laong them lines Because, otherwise, its just BORING!!!! Terry For President
Do you think they'd actually get signed up if they were not prepared to kiss each other or sit on each others knee suggestively?
Now lets not be nasty to Tatu. They have some very fine qualities. And they display them very well at their live shows, I understand.
Wogan is classic on Erovision. All the other European nations, (not native to the UK area) take it so seriously, if we just entered a good band, like stereophonics, we would clearly win!
yay england got 0 (or so i gather) eurovision is a joke and should be removed from tv for corrupting the youth( ) and just being really dire terry is racist in some of the videos hes done (my dad has one of them for some reason) so i dont particularly like him and i wouldnt have thought tatu would have counted either . . . even ive heared of them. so in conclusion YAY we lost Eurovision was never ever ever worth watching terry sucks
i thought that the songs had to be original? How come the song that won sounded like holly valence Kiss Kiss but with different words. and terry mentioned that one sounded like tom jones sex bomb. whats going on??? OH and terry is good on it so leave him alone. AW3K
Whats all this 'anti-racism' bull****? I'm getting really sick of this over-the-top political correctness. Theres nothing wrong with making fun of another nation so long as you don't make fun of things they cannot change (height, weight, sex, sexual orientation, religion, history, skin colour etc.). Don't think that they Don't make fun of you... because believe you me, they do, and they've had practice . For example, we europeans (I suppose the English and Irish in particular) make fun of how the americans come across as the most idiotic race on the planet, who eat like cows and think when only necessary. Obviously, this is not true of all americans (though it is true of these fools). America has done a lot of good and a lot of bad, theres nothing wrong with making fun of "the bad" so long as you expect to receive the same in return. IMHO so long as its said in jest, racial comments are perfectly fine (to a degree... there is a cut of point, such as suggesting killing off an entire race because they Don't deserve the air they breath ). Terry's comments are often racial, but in great jest. I haven't once heard him say something which would have made me I'm sure the other nations make fun of our/your entries also... usually its well deserved.
I noticed that too, there seemed to be a few which sounded eerily similar to popular songs of the last couple of years
yeah, I too, noticed that. I got confused... is it a contest for the best song, or the best talent, or the best song/talent ?
Erm, I'm English and i dont class myself and "European" Mainly because im not. Also i dont see myself as a "brit" either before someone says it.
when did the UK exit europe? was there some sort of tectonic plate action I didnt know about? *grabs telescope* *rushes to bedroom window* nope... I can see your still there *waves*
really not a fan of the whole europe thing either, yes it helps in a lot of ways, god damnit they waste some huge lumps of time and energy on the most rediculas stuff. im fairly sure that canada/mexico/america wouldnt like to be called North Americans (i think mexico is classed as being on the north american coninent). Technically we're europeans, but british or english will do me fine
Probably not, but they do, and therefore I am a happy bunny Oh, and terry is perfect for eurovision! He's well funny, he takes the whole thing the way it should be taken: A JOKE! Gotta love eurovision tho, we all watched it down the pub, got pissed and laughed our arses off. Oh and on the racism thing, "we" would be a group of students comprising of welsh, english, spanish, austrian, italian and german people. Nobody took offence. To be fair some of them really are "funny little foreign people" (awaits teh flames)
