    Can the Tesla cards be used for folding at home? Just in case I win the lottery you understand!

    AFAIK yes, although it would be pretty pointless as they much more expensive than GeForce cards and would be no better at folding.

    But they ought to survive the stress of folding longer than consumer orientated graphics cards.

    The 9800 gt x2 or the 295

    I wouldn't recommend the GTX 295 - they have a very high death rate when folding.
