This. I thought it would be a great game to show off the Logitech G25. I was wrong.

Well, my 590MB patch worked. It didn't even ask for my password, just loaded me back to the game.

    Bloody ridiculous.

Managed to download the base game on steam, 15GB of it, took 2 days.

Started it up, it started updating last night. Stopped it to go to bed, started again this afternoon, and just now, it's come up with the error again.

I'm thinking it might be something to do with my slow download speed, or just Eden can't organise a piss up in a brewery.

Luckily, I backed up the base steam download before running the game before I started this time, so I won't have to download the base 15GB of steam game data.

Seeing as Eden Games are now shut/gone as Atari have shut them down, I doubt it.

Which probably also means I can now never play the game again as its broken. At least I didn't pay much for it in the steam sale.
