It has been nuked and it will not be coming back - it's a Breeding Ground for Morons™, who don't have a place on our forums.

Yep, I just removed it - unneeded with VB3 since you can preview your signature before applying changes :)

Also, an utter waste of bandwidth which we pay for!

    Bigz makes a valid point:

    Someone proves it:

Tbh good riddance, there was no helpful/useful, hell even meaningful posts in there at all, just random crap that got taken to far...good riddance, hope it takes out some of the pointless spammers from here aswell....its a tech forum not a worldwide "The person above you...." Forum...

It is not coming back, end of story.

Give me a compelling reason as to why it should come back, and I may consider it momentarily.

The things that I see wrong with the test forum:
    - there has been a lot of provoking of members, ganging up, in the past
    - it a Breeding Ground for Morons™
    - there wasn't any one thread that had any point to it -- it served as one big spam pit
    - you can view changes to your signature in previous posts, and you can also preview it
    - it's a waste of bandwidth, which we have to pay for
    - maybe the people who swarmed the test forum will focus on posting useful and helpful information in the rest of bit-tech's forums

    one compelling reason, you say?

how about the probability that the morons which infested the Test forum will now bleed into other forums, such as general discussion.

in all honesty, it should have been dumped a long time ago.

The treasure hunt was going nice, but lately it was Turing into crap like find <insert liquor here> and the said liquor only exists in Brazil or something.

Edit: actually I'm kinda glad its gone, i must of had about 1000 posts in there that where good that didn't count to my #.

We'd rather have it in no forums.

Lol, people are still able to vote in my old polls in the test threads. I keep receiving the notifications. (not a bad thing)

That argument doesn't really hold water, if you consider a post to be spam, then don't post it. Your brain doesn't store spam up, it is possible to just think something and not post it, especially if it is utter bollocks. :D

I'm not the one you should be telling that too, the people that usually are the spammers usually never read this forum

Very true. Perhaps if they are tempted to Spam they should open Notepad up and type it in there, at least they dont waste bandwidth sharing it with us. :worried:
