Anyone know a brand of TFT monitors that offer a zero dead pixel policy. A google search found out that Lite On and Hitatchi do one but that was from a non UK website. Anyone know? If they do can you recommend a monitor from them.

    Cheers

Not sure about zero dead pixel policies - tell ya what though, had my LG Flatron L1710B for a few weeks now. Really nice screen, 17 inches of deep joy and not a single dead pixel in sight. I got mine from micro direct but before I ordered it, I checked all the customer reviews for this screen over at Amazons site. Every single review said no dead pixels.

Might be worth you considering one. They are only about £250 at the mo as well.

1710B all the way. No dead uns here. LG have a 2 pixel return policy aswell i think, which is better than most.

Had one of the afore mentioned screens for over a year, and it's still rockin' strong. :D

    Same since March 03.

House mate bought one on special off from MD this morning - £193, 14ms, no dead pixels. VGA only but its pretty good.
